We are utilising market leading initiative to maintain responsible water consumption usage at Cloisters. We have recently upgraded our water meters to the new Smart Meter through the Water Corporation.

Smart meters collect water usage data from water meters at regular intervals and transmit the information back to us once per day. Smart meter technology also provides a continuous flow/leak alarm on each water meter, which is used by Water Corp to assist in identifying potential leaks and potentially saving water and money.
