The Cloisters complex has been designed with environmental and sustainability principles at the forefront, encapsulating a 5 Star Green Star rated building design. With a series of upgrades, 200 St Georges Terrace has achieved a 4.5 Star NABERS rating whilst 863 Hay Street, a relative newcomer to the Complex, is fast tracking towards a 5 Star rating. Cloisters operates a comprehensive waste reduction and tracked recycling programme and the majority of our food and beverage retailers’ support food recycling agencies such as Oz Harvest.
PUBLIC CAR PARK
Cloisters public car park, accessible via St Georges Terrace and Hay Street has a total of 66 bays available. It is open Monday to Saturday from 06.30am and closes at midnight. Weekday rates are $6.00 per hour and a flat evening fee of $8.00 applies from 6.00pm and all-day Saturday. Parking is also available on Sundays from 9.00am to midnight at $8.00 per day.
Cloisters Concierge located on the ground floor of 200 St Georges Terrace is the central point of contact for assistance with all tenant services. A professional, friendly service with a comprehensive local knowledge of the surrounding CBD area is offered to all tenants and their visitors.
ON SITE MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Management team is available on site Monday to Friday from 7.30am – 5.00pm. After hours, if the matter is urgent they can be contacted via their mobile phones. The team looks after all tenant, financial, strategic and building operational related matters and is available to assist you with anything you may require.
SECURE BICYCLE STORAGE
Bicycle storage is provided complimentary to Cloisters tenants and their staff and is conveniently located on the Terrace Level in QBE House, 200 St. Georges Terrace.
END OF TRIP FACILITIES
For tenant cyclists, walkers, runners or lunchtime sporting teams, Cloisters offers five-star quality end of trip facilities. Located adjacent to the secure bicycle storage, the facility provides an abundance of lockers, both single and double sized, male and female change rooms with multiple shower cubicles and refreshing body wash, toilets, ironing amenities, blow dryers, hair straighteners, TV’s to keep up with the day’s events, a daily fresh towel service and a drying room.
Located adjacent to the shower and changing facilities, both single and double sized lockers are available to lease.
DISABLED ACCESS AND AMENITIES
Disabled access is available throughout Cloisters. There are disabled toilets located on both the Terrace level lobby and the Arcade Courtyard.

Cloisters urban courtyard is available for hire year-round. With an expansive operable glass roof, stage area and removable seating, the area is perfect for corporate promotions, client and staff functions and public events.
